Green Bean Okazu

This was my favorite dinner growing up. It’s a quick and easy way to get picky kids to eat green beans, because of the sweet sauce. It’s great served over rice, or alone.

INGRIDIENT

DIRECTION

Step: 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat.

Step: 2

Stir in green beans and about 1 cup water. Cover, and cook until beans are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

Step: 3

Season with sugar and soy sauce, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.

Depriving yourself can lead to lot of eat , late-night snacking, and mindless eats and it’s for this reason that Riner encourages people to indulge in “fun” foods every once in a while.

Avoidance on late-night snacking and got eat , it is much necessary to include some easy foods (or what one may perceive as off limits ). It means , if we always order the healthiest thing on the menu but come home and graze on chips, perhaps we really will the junk food and should have just pleased it in the first place."

When it comes to dinner , much eat or eating too much of the bad kinds of food can lead to bad habit on sleeping. On the other side, a meal that is not eating to much food than satiating can leave you wanting more and resulting in reaching for an eat bad food late-night side dish even closer to bedtime .
